What is AnalogE

A TRUSTED REMOTE INTERVIEW ENVIRONMENT.

AnalogE is a trusted remote interview environment designed to reduce proxy interviews and AI-assisted interview manipulation.

Candidates attend interviews from a controlled AnalogE space where:

  • Mobile phones and personal belongings are not allowed
  • Only AnalogE-managed systems are used
  • External AI tools and unauthorised applications are restricted

The interview system works like a normal video meeting platform but includes additional verification camera views for candidates.

This multi-camera environment helps recruiters verify that the interview is being conducted authentically and without external assistance.

THE SETUP INCLUDES

  • CAM 01
Front CameraUsed for candidate identity and face visibility
  • CAM 02
Workspace CameraUsed to monitor the candidate's screen, keyboard, and desk activity
  • CAM 03
Room CameraUsed to observe the interview environment and room premises

The goal is not surveillance. The goal is to create a professional and trusted interview process that helps organisations reduce interview malpractice, proxy hiring, and AI-assisted manipulation.

Problem 01 — AI Manipulation

AI TOOLS ARE DESIGNED TO MANIPULATE INTERVIEWS.

Remote interview fraud has increased significantly due to AI tools and organised proxy interview networks. Today, some AI tools are specifically designed to help candidates manipulate interviews by generating live answers during technical discussions.

A standard video call shows only the candidate's face. Everything behind it — the second monitor, the open AI session, the hidden browser tab — is completely invisible to the recruiter.

Of AI-assisted cheating happens off-camera — invisible in a standard video call
How it happens

AI tools running live during interviews allow candidates to:

  • Generate real-time answers to technical questions while appearing to think independently
  • Access hidden browser tabs with documentation, solution guides, or live AI sessions open beside the coding environment
  • Paste AI-generated code into the editor and narrate it as their own work
  • Use secondary monitors just outside camera frame to display complete answers and scripts
Problem 02 — Proxy Fraud

PROXY INTERVIEWS ARE ORGANISED AND DANGEROUS TO THE TECH INDUSTRY.

Proxy interview services have become a serious problem in the hiring industry. Some proxy consultancies charge candidates anywhere in the range of ₹1 lakh to ₹4 lakhs, based on the role and salary package.

In some cases they openly advertise "backdoor placement" services. This shows how serious and widespread remote interview malpractice has become.

Charged per candidate by proxy consultancies — based on role and salary package

These proxy networks create complete fake interview environments where experienced professionals secretly assist candidates during live interviews. Common methods include:

  • Dual-phone wired communication setups for real-time answer feeding
  • Hidden audio support from experts listening to the interview
  • Large secondary monitors displaying live answer assistance
  • Real-time technical guidance during interviews
  • Lip-sync and off-screen coaching support
Business Impact

Companies that unknowingly hire proxy candidates face serious consequences:

Hiring Loss

Cost of a bad hire compounds across recruitment, onboarding, and termination

3–4 Months

Lost onboarding and project time before the problem becomes visible

Client Risk

Failed deliverables and damaged client relationships from underqualified staff

Wasted Costs

Recruitment fees, training investment, and productivity losses written off

The Result

Trust and productivity issues that take months to surface — by which time the cost has already been paid.
